These terms govern use of https://greenwickgardensupply.com and purchases from GREENWICK 3 GARDEN SUPPLY LLC. Read them together with our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Payment Policy and Privacy Policy. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over inconsistent wording. Shopify supplies the commerce platform; we are the seller responsible for our products and store obligations.

1. Eligibility and appropriate use

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract, or act with the involvement of a parent or guardian who takes responsibility for the purchase. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. Keep account credentials secure. Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, malicious code, unauthorized system access or interference with other customers. We may restrict misuse in a proportionate manner; doing so does not remove obligations for orders we have accepted or money we must refund.

2. Products and descriptions

We sell garden pruning tools and care accessories across Pruners & Floral Snips, Hedge & Branch Tools and Tool Care & Garden Carry. Each listing describes dimensions, materials and included quantities. Use sharp tools carefully and keep them away from children. No unverified cutting capacity or certification is promised.

Lighting and displays can affect perceived color, but this does not excuse a material difference from the description. Illustrations do not replace stated specifications or justify sending a different product. Material grade, performance, origin and certification claims apply only where expressly stated and supported for the particular item. A U.S. company or dispatch address does not mean every product is made in the United States. No special environmental certification, food-contact approval or product warranty is implied by the brand name.

3. Prices, taxes and orders

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and include applicable sales tax. Where checkout shows a tax breakdown, it is part of the displayed tax-inclusive total, not an additional charge above that total. Standard shipping to eligible addresses in the contiguous 48 U.S. states is free, with no minimum order, shipping surcharge, handling fee or separate merchant payment-processing fee. The total payable is shown before you submit the order. We do not add undisclosed merchant charges after checkout.

Payment is collected when you place the order. For installment methods, your payment schedule is governed by the selected provider. An order confirmation acknowledges the transaction. If we cannot fulfill an order, we notify you and refund the affected payment. If a material pricing or listing error occurs, we explain the issue and offer the choice to accept corrected terms or cancel affected items for a full refund. We do not raise an agreed price without your consent.

4. Delivery, cancellations and returns

Our Shipping Policy describes the 1-3 business-day processing period and estimated 5-8 business-day transit period, free eligible delivery and delay procedures. Email us before shipment to cancel or request changes. We cancel unshipped orders and initiate a full refund within 2 business days after confirming cancellation. After shipment, eligible returns are handled under the Return and Refund Policy.

The voluntary return request window is 30 calendar days after receipt. Non-quality return postage is paid by the customer. We cover necessary shipping for confirmed defects, shipping damage, incorrect items and missing included components. We do not charge restocking or refund-processing fees. Nothing in these terms limits a remedy required by law.

5. Platform services and third parties

Shopify hosts the store and processes visit and purchase information to provide commerce services. If Shopify enhanced services are enabled or used, this can include services based on interactions with other merchants and Shopify. Information may be processed by Shopify and other providers outside your state or country. See our Privacy Policy and https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/consumers. The merchant remains responsible for its customer-facing commitments; Shopify is not the seller of these products.

Payment providers, carrier services and linked third-party sites have separate applicable terms. Their independent charges or eligibility decisions are not promises made by us. We do not guarantee every payment method will be available for every order.

6. Intellectual property and submissions

Store text, designs and brand materials belong to us or their respective owners and licensors. You may use the store for normal browsing and purchasing; unauthorized commercial copying or misrepresentation of ownership is not permitted. Rights in third-party trademarks remain with their owners. Do not submit unlawful content or another person's confidential information. Information you send for support is used to handle that request and related legitimate purposes under our Privacy Policy; sending a support email does not grant us an unrestricted right to publish it as advertising.

7. Availability, warranties and responsibility

We aim to maintain accurate information and reliable access, but temporary interruptions or errors may occur. We correct confirmed errors and address affected orders rather than treating an error as permission to retain payment without performance. Our voluntary return policy does not replace an applicable express or implied warranty or mandatory consumer protection.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable from the transaction. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, our fraud or willful misconduct, or a duty to refund or provide a mandatory remedy. We do not require you to waive nonwaivable rights or accept store credit instead of a monetary refund.

8. Governing law and disputes

Kentucky law and applicable federal law govern these terms, subject to mandatory protections available under the law that applies to you. Contact us by email so we can try to resolve a concern. Nothing here requires mandatory arbitration, waives a jury trial or class-action right, or prevents use of a court, regulator or dispute process available under applicable law.

9. Changes and general terms

We may update these terms prospectively. Material changes will be notified where required. The terms applying when an order is placed govern that order unless a lawful change is agreed. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision once does not automatically waive it in every case.
